We are living in very intense times. The Covid 19 pandemic, economic upheaval, racial injustice are just a few of the issues that we are facing. The magnitude of each of these cause pain on many different levels. As a result, unhealthy reactions and complications such as fear, anxiety can also begin to surface. To navigate these difficult days and see a brighter tomorrow we need to build resilience. This is the ability to recover or to bounce back.
